1º lo mas simple seria q el cargador universal no sea compatible con tu ordenador, y luego lo jorobado seria la entrada de corriente este mal en el peor de los casos.
te recominedo que mires si realmente es compatible y si no que lo lleves a mirar en algun sitio.
de tu ordenador no creo q sea el problema y de la bateria tmpc, asi que tiene q ser del cargador.
